Synapse Has Gone Crazy, Worse Since Last Update and Adding Nari U

I have no idea if this is two separate problems or what's going on.



Have a Nostromo Tartarus V2. Synapse will just suddenly lose the profile. At first I noticed it happening when my PC sat idle for a few minutes, now it happens when I'm gaming...in the middle of games. I know immediately because the key mappings on my D-Pad and Tartarus Scroll Wheel are gone. When I go over to look at synapse, my profile is gone and it's back to default. My profile isn't there, it's not selectable and Synapse won't let me import it back in even though I have it saved. This happens at least once every gaming session. This happened a couple of times before 2 things happened.

1. The most recent update it got much worse

2. Around the time I added the Nari Ultimate Headset.



Now is just an expectation that Synapse will go psycho on me consistently and daily.



The Nari Ultimate beeps at me all the time, and it's losing connection with the drivers. It's not losing audio, but when it loses connection to Synapse you can tell immediately because it drops from 7.1 to the standard stereo, then it comes back. This happens, at least every 10-15 minutes consistently, usually happening 2-3 times within a 30 seconds. Happens wireless, happens on full charge, happens with and without the USB charging cable plugged in. My headset is less than 2 feet from the dongle while in use.



I'm at my wits end. My feeling is that it's all related to Synapse and possibly the Nari U. It is driving me up the wall and is destroying my enjoyment of gaming with these products. I can't even imagine gaming without the Nostromo. The Nari Ultimate has passable sound...but the haptics almost make it worth the price. I'd have to find some way to live with the Tartarus, but if the Nari Ultimate has broken synapse, I may just have to drop back to another headset.

im having the same problem with my headset. just wont stop beeping every 10-15 seconds. i try to restart synapse and it crashes for the nari ultimate function. then when i restart it either crashes again or continues beep booping. im at my wits end with a 200 dollar price point it is ridiculous to have this happen so often. the headset is great when it is working but at this point its a 20 percent to 80 percent working to annoyance ratio..




I have not once since getting it had a smooth session using it. It literally happens every time it's used. I actually spent the first couple of days considering a return, but the 20% of the time it does work, I love it. For the sound quality, I'd say it's easily a sub $100.00 quality headset, but the haptics sold me enough to keep it. But, I just don't have enough time or patience left in my life to deal with not having something that just works. As soon as I turn it on every day, I have to ask myself "I wonder if I'll get through 20 minutes before it starts flaking out"
