Synapse is not running!

I’m in the same boat, and system specs/resources are not an issue.

Windows 11 Enterprise (22H2, build 22624.1391)

Synapse 3 ver. 20230303

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

32GB DDR4-3600

Samsung 980 Pro 500GB

AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

Razer Central runs no problem.  Razer Axon runs without issue.  Synapse Service and Synapse Service Process run without issue.  But when trying to run the Synapse App itself, it shows in Task Manager as running, but it still says “Synapse not running” in Razer Central, and the app itself never shows up.

Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, removing registry keys & folders/files after uninstall, running SFC /scannow, and everything short of reinstalling Windows.

Any help, ideas, or assistance would be much appreciated.

Possible workaround that somehow worked for me.  Can’t promise it will work for everyone though.

• Uninstall all Razer apps/services
• Reboot PC
• Download & Install older version of Razer Synapse 3 outlined here - Razer synapse launching issues | Razer Insider
• Update Razer apps
• Reboot PC
• Download & Install latest version of Razer Synapse 3 software
• Update Razer apps 

In my case this doesn’t solutions my issue since the beginning of this problem, even after a clean install, any time i boot up my pc i need to manually click on “synapse is not running” and synapse starts recognizing all my razer perispherals

Is something to do with the synapse windows service?
