Synapse issue

So I used synapse 2 with my DeathAdder for years. Recently I got a new Chroma Black Widow 2 chroma and a Mambo Elite Chroma. When I plugged up the mouse it installed Synapse 3. I didn't mind the update but it only patched the mouse in rather than the mouse and keyboard. So the keyboard went to synapse 2. No problem. I updated earlier today and now I have to use synapse 3 to use both. The rainbow ripple effects look AWFUL (waaaay laggier) on the new synapse 3 for my keyboard. Is it possible to put the keyboard back on synapse 2 or even both so I can control their lights differently again. I hate how what I do for chroma applies to both.

Hi there! Both of the Blackwidow Chroma V2 and the new Mamba Wireless are supported by Synapse 3. For the Blackwidow Chroma V2 to be recognized back by Synapse 2, you will have remove Synapse 3. For the effects lag, have you tried to do a repair or reinstall of Synapse? You might also want to check if there are background programs running that can be closed off.
