Synapse Keeps forgetting mouse

For some reason my mouse, the Basilisk Ultimate, keeps disappearing from my Synapse list. Turning the mouse off and on does not refresh the list only turning the computer off and on seems guaranteed to do so. It seems to happen a lot when I forget to dock it while afk or using the controller (mouse goes to sleep and is removed from list)

    Did you try to perform a clean reinstallation on your Synapse? Have you updated the firmware of your device? Let's isolate the behavior first by doing a quick repair on your Synapse. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your Basilisk Ultimate via PM. I'll be needing it so I can look into possible solutions.
