Hi All,



Im running Windows 11 version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1)

Since a few days razer synapse 3 is not working anymore. Synapse Central says:

Razer Synapse not running. When I press Launch Synapse nothing happens.



Tried a complete clean install (uninstall synapse, uninstall drivers, reboot, clean folders and registery)

Same errors



Also tried starting all services as administrator same error



I use a Razer Chroma V2 keyboard. Its plugged in directly to the PC, and I tried other USB ports



I verified I have the following services running

Razer GamemanagerService

Razer Cental Service

Razer Chroma SDK REST server

Razer Chroma SDK Service

Razer Chroma Stream Server

Razer Synapse 3

Razer Synapse Service

Razer Synapse Service Process



Also tried synapse 2. Synapse to is able to start but does not display any devices.



Event logs are displaying large lists of the following error for various Synapse dll's:

File C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse3\\Service\\Bin\\RSy3_ManagedMacros.dll is not signed. Skipping due to security concerns.

File C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse3\\Service\\Bin\\Resolver.Storage.LogoLighting.dll is not signed. Skipping due to security concerns.

Im pretty much frustrated atm in how to resolve this issue.
PM me the current version of the Synapse application that you're using and the serial numbers of your Razer devices to help me start a case and forward it to the Software Team so they can check on this further.
