Synapse problem

I just bought a new razer keyboard (Ornata v3 and I tried connecting it but it doesn’t show up on the synapse app, I already have a razer mouse (razer basilisk v3) and Im wondering why I can only see the mouse and not the keyboard in the synapse app, and if there’s any way I can fix it, I have tried different ports, and tried uninstalling the synapse app and reinstalling it but nothing works, so if someone knows what to do that’d be great, if it helps both devices are wired, and I had the mouse for a long time beofre the keyboard
