Synapse Randomly turns off profiles and leaves blanks for profiles

My razer synapse 3 randomly bugs out and turns off all my profiles for my keyboard and mouse and headset and puts them to "default" however when looking through the synapse program all the profiles are blank and you can not create, delete, alter, etc. The only fix for this is to restart synapse 3. Although that is fine, it gets very frustrating fast when you are playing games and you die because your mouse and keyboard profile changed and the keybindings change. Here are some screen shots of my issue. Another friend of mine has the same issue as well were his does the same issue. I have tried reinstalling synapse 3 twice, and it been two or more month of constantly having to restart razer synapse and waste time in game till the profile loads. I am now just honestly fed up with it. I love razer and synapse 2 never gave me these issues. I have tried researching it but have not really found anything. i am having the same issue. I have a Blade 15 Mercury White. When this occurs i loose my function keys and loose media control. Please help!
i have tried reinstalling and deleting profiles. Still does the same thing

It seems to be working so far on guest account, it only crashed once but it was an actual software crash not the crash i mentioned above. Any reason why my account personally affects the razer syanpse program?

Hi folks,I've big problems with switch profiles from 2019 with Synapse.
The last was few minutes ago:
I use Windows 10 2004 build 19041.207
I'm a developer in C# and Windows Dekstop from 20 years.
I saw from months that after some events (power) or after few hours of use of my Win10 (while Synapse changes the profiles slowly, but it changes) Synapse STOP to change profiles.
