Synapse software with qwerty keyboard only

Hello everyone !
I bought a naga V2 hyperspeed mouse and I'd like to rebind my keys on the side panel. Except that the software considers that I'm using a qwerty keyboard and there's no setting where I can change it to azerty. And yet, my Windows keyboard settings indicate that I'm using an azerty keyboard, not a qwerty one.

    Did your issue get solved ?
    Same issue here. Americans believing there is but language and one keyboard in the world.

     

    Short story: my keyboard is German / Suisse and so in Synapse 4 mapping for the same mouse as you:
    Keyboard function for $ gets translated into keyboard function Shift-4 (standard querty) and when gaming it does a Shift-4, not the requested dollar sign.

        I’m French too and I have the same issue.
        Since 4 years (I’ve read posts), the issue exists !!!!
        Nobody answers from Razer !!!

          French here too, and same issue, I cannot bind my ‘)’ key.

          That should not be that complicated to implement, right ?

            Hi everyone,

             

            Same problem with Synapse 4.0.86.2505230700 and a French AZERTY Razer Hunstman V2 analog

            .

            Does it seriously seems that Razer produces AZERTY keyboards but doesn’t care at all if it works or not for some of us?

            The keyboard is used as an QWERTY by synapse even though it works in AZERTY as it should in windows which makes impossible to use the optic option an configure it properly for gaming. That was why I bought the keyboad for and so it is useless.

             

            Do you guys find a solution?

             

            If not, we, AZERTY keyboard users, need a patch, please!

                Razer Tartarus Pro - German keyboard Layout - same Problem with synapse 4

                 

                Synapse 3 doesn't recognize the Tartarus after I had to disconnect it Yesterday. Know I'm in trouble
