Synapse sync with MysticLight

Hi, I'm new here so hello everyone! Can someone please help synchronize Synapse with MysticLight? The problem is that from MSI I have only the display (Optix MPG341CQRV) rest is Asus and is syncing ok using auraconnect. I can see my display in Dragon Center and can control it's leds from there but there is no button "razor sync" only "ambient link" and Synapse also doesn't see MysticLight. When I tried to install MysticLight app Synapse sees it but there is an exclamation mark near the switch sying that I have to enxure that mystic light is running, however when I double click MysticLight app it only displays info that "Platform doesn't support this app". I'd realy appreciate help!

Hey lordwitt! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs first by following the steps here. Once done, repair your Razer Synapse 3.0 performing the following and see if it helps: 1. Right-click the Start button. 2. Select Apps and Features. 3. Search for Razer. 4. Select Synapse. 5. Choose to uninstall. 6. "Uninstall" again. 7. Wait for the Razer menu to open, then select "Repair". 8. Wait for the repairing process to finish and restart once it prompts you. 9. Central services will request you to log in, then launch Razer Synapse.

Hi again, I've followed repair steps, it didn't change anything, still no Mystic Light in Synapse. Where can I send logs?
