Hello Looks like you have the same problem as i had…
Be sure you put that code in the right application… if its suround code for 7.1 then the surround app not THC Spatial app.

Can you take a screenshot of the error that you just described and then upload the file to Google Drive. PM me the shareable link together with the device serial number so I can verify the information from our system. All the best!
