I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X yesterday. I'm trying to register it, but it says it's already registered. It was completely sealed when I bought it. Is it possible to somehow re-register the product to get the code for 7.1 function?

Product registration is primarily for warranty purposes. Your activation code should be on the scratch card inside the packaging. If it's missing or has already been used, please contact the reseller for a replacement. Ensure you purchase Razer products from Authorized resellers to guarantee authenticity, as non-authorized purchases can be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
