I tried to contact the support the 11th of May but i receive no answer... (*Omitted for security reasons. Please check the Insider house rules)

The issue is that the volume when the headset is connected to the PS4 isn't loud enough, what i mean by that is that if i connect the dongle to the PC the volume is all right and i think the problem is a software problem because as i said the headset does get to the max volume on PC but not on PS4 and (on PS4) the general volume (both game and party) at its maximum it feel just ok ( but i'd prefer a little be more). I tried to update the firmware (version 50) that in the notes says "Fixed the issue that some of the devices may have no audio when connected to PS4. (When users complain that audio is not loud enough when connected to a PS4)." that is actually the exact issue that i have but when i try to update the software it says that the headest is already updated to V50 but the problem still remain.
Same here ..... I have the exact problem and i have already a post here for this issue too....noone is answer from Razer....still waiting

That sucks man, i'm sorry. I just return mine then i don't really care but i hope you can fix the issue.
This company has to be a joke. No support at all whatsoever

Ensure that your headset is paired to your audio hub. Check if the optical cable is plugged in from the optical input on the audio hub to the optical output of your gaming console.
