I bought blade 15 advance mid 2021 an it has a thx audio but on windows 10 and 11 this app just a suck it is not like a dolby audio. it must be start with windows starting but it newer starts with windows 10 and 11 i tried lost of time and will not try agin my last laptop haz dolby audio and it has a ai for adapting sound performance automaticaly but this app has not an ai so every time you must choose a profile. is it a joke ??? on 2021!!!! why we choose every time my old laptop is just a suck cpu 6th gen u series i5 it is too bad configration but hey dolby works perectly with ai perfomance all time. FIX IT RAZER IT IS JUST A SUCK!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the mishap. Please check the steps from this thread and use Windows device manager to retrieve a legacy device driver.
