THX Spatial Audio stopped working on Nari

I have a Nari 7.1 that i have used for about 2 years now, and now there is no audio coming from the THX Spatial Audio. I can only get audio from "Razer Nari - Game" and "Razer Nari - Chat". I have tried completely removing Synapse 3 then reinstalling, updating firmware, and reinstalling drivers.

That's odd. You can try to check this page and follow the steps provided. Let me know if that doesn't help by sending me the serial number of your Razer Nari via PM. I can use it to verify its model and assist you properly. I'll lock this thread now.
