Touchscreen not working

Hello, i have a razer phone, and today i noticed that in the middle of the screen (~1cm) the touchscreen does not work anymore, did anyone experienced this problem? And did you manage to fix it? @Razer can you help with this?

    @RRekor I have noticed the same issue on mine Razer gen 1, however mine is at the top of the screen and affects the notification bar. If you're able try turning on the visible touch setting in the dev options to see if the phone is registering touches there. I'll include a screen cap of what mine looks like when it's wigging out. I think it's related to the 8.1 Oreo update, but @Razer Admin has yet to confirm my suspicions
