My 2017 Blade looks like it's inflated. I guess it's because of heating. Though I'm not gamer.
It's been like this for a while and it's getting worse...

It’s the battery bloating, open it and take it off before it ruins other parts inside. If you still have guarantee rise support ticket, if not get the battery from like Amazon, I think it’s not a hard part replacement process. I’ve the same model for 14 months before sold it for blade 15 2018, heat might be the culprit even you don’t play game, anything intensive that runs cpu/gpu on high temperature might wear the battery faster and once it wore, swelling is only time matter. Monitoring temperatures is important on nowadays laptops especially thin light categories with powerful hardware.
