Trash charge port

After eight months, this phone is getting some trouble in charge,it is very hard to charge,it only works when l apply pressure at a special way,each night I have to spend a lot of time to exert pressure in different way in order to make sure it can charges ,after a lot of try and problem search ,l sure it is the problem of charge port,it seems have some problems at the start of products or the design,make the charge port have a short life span, the problem will Continued to deteriorate,the features is the charge port will completely loss the effectiveness in no longer time,I can only use the wireless charge and the wireless earphones, because l live in Hong Kong,it is very hard to seek help,and l think all rp 2 will have the same problems of charge port,so change a new will be useless,it will have the same problem after few months of use,l can only bear this problem and buy a wireless charge in near $1000 HKD but it is too expensive for me.Or connect the server and get through a lot of sequence to get a new phone but have the same problem,it is trouble.

Now the charge port is very close to completely dead,l will contact with the support,there must be a solution.

After a week and I go to the razer shop talk with the stuff,there have the reply.But there just a start,I will keep follow the solution.My case number is OMITTED.

I received the reply, but it write nothing,what should I do?It only let me reply them in 72 hours,but what should I talk about?retalk about the problem,propose my require,or just talk about another things you want? please give me a instruction.Also I buy a wireless charge in order to charge my phone,I paid full cost in HKD $783.

Hi, I recently experienced the same issue, I bought the phone with the Razer Hammerhead USB-C. Unfortunately, it occasionally disconnects my audio that makes me crazy. I am pretty sure that Razer staff in Hong Kong could NOT provide any practical solutions nor US warranty service could only transfer the case to Singapore headquarter. If you did fix this issue please so share it with us, Btw, I am from HK as well
