The right one wasn't working for a bit but now my left one is doing the same.
You have to turn them both up really loud to be able to hear anything. I've tried everything to fix it.

at least yours turn on at all. ive been fiddling around with this product, got the bundle with the case which is really sweet. i didnt know they were shaped like they are which is okay i guess. i got good news myself on a warranty, im usually an all out razer person, i know this is the first gen but its nuts online ive seen so many people complain, and are the newer ones like this, see i was sooo happy to get these, i just hope the new ones i get actually works, everything except the earbuds work., on any android or synapse 3 installed laptop which is not why i got them…. i just wanted a quality music calls comfort anytime, razer life but will try a few more things, hopefully the next pair, i love razer, honestly.

I'm unfortunately not in warranty anymore, I think. It's been a while since I got them so I haven't tried to claim anything yet. I'm really worried I'll have to buy another pair because I blew out the speakers or something.
