Is the Razer Support site broken? I have been unable to contact support by all available means. The web form at https://mysupport.razer.com/ has a required drop down that does not populate so I can't select anything. The chat bot told me it was too busy to talk to me, and the phone system hung up on me. I want to get an RMA for my keyboard but I can't even get ahold of anyone. Super disappointed at the customer experience right now.

That's not the kind of experience we hoped that you would have with our new Support page. Please PM me the serial number of your keyboard and what issues you're experiencing with it. Let's go from there.

My name is Jeanie and I can't even register. It just says invalid password when I'm trying to do the setup. This website is very user unfriendly. The phone number wont allow you to leave a message or route you to someone that can guide you through it. I would like to change the lighting display using Synapse 3 but I can't until I can download Synapse 3.
