Unable to file support request
Is the Razer Support site broken? I have been unable to contact support by all available means. The web form at https://mysupport.razer.com/ has a required drop down that does not populate so I can't select anything. The chat bot told me it was too busy to talk to me, and the phone system hung up on me. I want to get an RMA for my keyboard but I can't even get ahold of anyone. Super disappointed at the customer experience right now.
