Unable to open Razer Synapse microsoft n.et framework error 127.0.0.1:5426

Everytime I start my pc I get this error of microsoft n.et framework error 127.0.0.1:5426, and I am unable to open razer synapse, part of razer central. I'm using a deathadder elite mouse, the only razer product connected and have tried uninstalling the drivers and the programs, restarted, reinstalled a couple of times and hasn't fixed it.

das gleiche Problem habe ich auch mit Tartarus V2 unter Windows 10, sobald ich Windows neu installiere kommt es nicht, nach ca. eine Woche kommt die Meldung und dann geht nichts mehr, die Tartarus V2 ist dann nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, synapse geht nicht keine Verbindung, also kann ich auch kein Profil laden.
Fehler:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da der Zielcomputer diese aktiv abgelehnt hat. 127.0.0.1:5426

bei System.Net.Sockets.Socket .EndConnect (IAsyncResult asyncResult)
