unable to send and recieve calls

Hello, I just bought the new razer phone 2. i live in Canada and am on Public Mobile. If i have my settings set to preferred network type lte/3g/2g(auto) I can use my data at lte speeds but I cannot send or receive calls. If i switch it to preferred 3g, restart the phone I can then send and receive calls but only connect to 3g for data. If I switch back, I cannot send and receive calls again. I have tried turning off the enhanced 4g lte mode and no change. I have went into the phone information and slid the voLTE slider to off but it just reverts back to on. I have tried changing the preffered network to different options and it has had no effect. It is quite frustrating. Any ideas?

Hi @AMETHYSTRoseEbonyhead884, is this right out of the box or after an update? In any case, please send me a PM with the serial number of your RP2 along with a screenshot of the build version.
