Unable to send back refunded item due to constraints | Razer Insider

Over the weeks I've been trying to send back an item that i had previously refunded but am un able to get to the point where i need to drop the item off. This is primarily due to multiple different reasons such as time constraints, lack of a license and someone to drive and location of which i need some one to drive to. I'm wanting to ask if there is a way to get a time extension on my return or if it is even possible to. (the item i have requested a refund on is the Widowmaker v4 pro)
