Dear Support,
I have reloaded my Razor Gold account with credits but I'm unable to top up via the official topup website (https://shop.qookkagames.com/s3g/hk?hl=hant). After I login, select my character and payment method, I received an error message (see attached screenshot) saying the payment method is not supported. However, I've been using this topup for last a couple of months (see the other screenshot for receipt). I also logged a case (*Removed from public view) but there is no response.
Can you please help to address this issue? Otherwise, I would request if I can get a refund of the amount I deposited since I only want to top up this game.

This means the merchant no longer supports the currency. You may have to send in a suggestion to the merchant to accept the currency or use your Razer Gold on other games or entertainment content on our catalog. Do PM me your ticket number so I can check with the team if a refund is possible.
