Unbalanced sound in my headset

I got a really important question for you
I bought razer blackshark v2x 7 months ago and since my purchase I felt that , this product is faulty but I didn't use the warranty
The problem is that when I use my volume control knob in order to adjust the sounds.when I put the sound at the highest peek the sounds will be mainly come from left. I should try few times to adjust the sounds in the middle. I don't know if I hear the song in a correct direction or should I adjust the sound again
Please help me that this problem is happening for you or I got the faulty one
