My laptop got brick during a BIOS update, I raised an incident (*removed from public view)and shipped my laptop on the 12th, this is all that's happened:
It is stuck in Germany as DHL is not able to contact you, I asked for a replacement as I need my £3000 laptop for work and the only reply I get is that "informations have been passed to the relevant team" while nobody actually does anything. Why is that so hard to send a replacement? We are not talking about a vacuum cleaner, you are selling expensive products and for that money I would expect an assistance at the same level of what people pay.
I am forced to buy another laptop thanks to you, and moreover there is NO way to talk to someone, in 2021.
