The driver seems to be broken on all my devices. It randomly stops working momentarily, the lights on the devices stop moving such as any response, although sometimes the right click will keep working...



If this can't be fixed, I'm afraid I'll have to abstain from buying any more of your devices or be in a position to recommend it to anybody. Quite the contrary. This is one of the most annoying and game breaking technical issue I have ever encountered. It happens very often.



This shouldn't happen with top tier equipment. I'm absolutely disappointed with my expenses with your products so far over the years for multiple reasons if you want my honest opinion. Especially compared to other, especially cheaper products I've tested before. The hardware is fine, but the software seems to be extremely problematic.
