Dear people,

I have a request please help me fix my keyboard, I bought it 8 months ago and on my first clean of it it just broke and ctrl + shift is spammed and my other keys wont even work but registers on a keyboard tester (wont show up though).

update: my keyboard works on my school computer (chromebook) but not my windows laptop please help

Does the issue happen when connecting it to a different USB port? Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Try isolating the behavior by performing the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your device via PM.
