Hello everyone! Synapse did not detect my Kraken TE but it detected ''RAZER USB AUDIO CONTROLLER'' is it normal? Plus, any EQ choices did not answer and how can I install THX Spetial Audio? :slightly_sad:

    Yes, it is normal. The USB Audio controller is the primary device that Razer Synapse detects to enable audio command features for the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. To enable THX Spatial Audio, here is the link on how to. Should you have other concerns, feel free to send me a PM. I'll lock this thread now.
