USB hub and Click Holding defect

Shortly after purchasing, when I connected the 2.4 USB hub to the computer, the computer kept making connection/disconnection sounds and was not recognized. (I tried all the solutions, but it seems the hub is defective.) It is inconvenient, but I tried using Bluetooth. I continued using it.
However, for some time now, there has been a problem where even if you keep clicking the mouse, the click will stop once in the middle. It is not a frequent phenomenon, but I experience it about twice a day when using the computer. There have been many experiences where the mouse click stopped midway while playing a game and had to be clicked again quickly, which affected the outcome of the game.
Even though it was inconvenient, I tried to continue using Bluetooth, but the click-and-hold interruption occurred, so I am writing this. Can I get support?
