Viper ultimate mouse button responsiveness random


Hello dear reader, my Viper ultimate mouse has been lacking recently and its only been a year form purchase. its about the bottom left side button (aka mouse button 4 on the left side). it it visable in razer synapse but i cant bind in ingame and doesnt seem to react in chrome either by going back and forth into chrome pages. sometimes it works again without changing anything, but whiting an hour it can be non responsive again without any malfuntion notification. i take proper care of my peripherals so its clean and hasnt been abused ive tried updating my windows, synapse and the firmware on the mouse itself im running out of options pls help kind regards,

Probably faulty mouse switch. You can RMA it if you still have valid warranty.

Hi @Rayke123, I appreciate your effort in doing those troubleshooting steps. Please consider reinstalling your mouse drivers by following this guide. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number and proof of purchase to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
