Hi,
I bought my Viper V2 pro in November 2023, and it worked all fine until today. I was playing games and it suddenly lost connection to the dongle. Also, I tried everything but it seems that the dongle itself is broken since my desktop could not even recognize this usb device.
Please let me know what I can do now.

Have you tried it on a different PC? Once connected, you can update its firmware. If that didn’t work then you can send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for more troubleshooting steps that we can possibly try.
