So I have a Viper V2 pro, I have been using it since March of 2023. Its been flawless up until yesterday, when for some reason my mouse and dongle lost pairing almost. I use the cable extender on my desktop and its like 4 inches from my mouse but still it will not receive input.
I have tried to use just the USB on the front io of my case and also the back of the motherboard. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I made a video of the problem and took it to the importers of razer products here in Bangladesh, but in their minute or two of testing, they could not find any problems. I want to know how I can fix this issue. I am still covered for another 10 months of warranty but if their people can’t find the issue first hand they can not offer me a replacement.
I don’t need a new mouse or anything, mine is perfect for me, I just need to find a way to reset the mouse and dongle or bring it back to the pairing page and give it a shot I think. But I do not know how to do either of it.
If any of you know how it is to be done, please do let me know.
