viper v2 pro wireless dongle not working

I just got my mouse today i fully charged it and when i tried to do the wireless option it did not work, the usb option works normally but when i connect the dongle no sound comes and nothing happens I have tried clean reinstalling my synapse, using it in another computer adn nothing works
