Weird sound issues with Razer Kraken Essentials

Hello, I`ve bought a new Razer Kraken Essentials (not usb) and i am having strange audio behave when my CPU is at 100%. When i am playing games that require a lot of CPU (and a lot of stuff going on), i am having weird audio lags. I dont know how to explain exactly how are this lags, but it looks like an sttutering and ONLY happens when i have a lot of CPU usage (100%) Can Razer Support or anyone help me out ? I really need to fix this or ask for my money back... PC Specs: i5 7600k Kaby Lake Geforce Zotac 1070ti Asus prime Z270m-plus
