What am I doing wrong? | Razer Insider

Ok, the crucial bit, I broke the plastic d'pad cap of my Razer Tartarus V2 whilst cleaning it. It's 4 years old and has had heavy use, so for I can forgive it for breaking. Now, I know my product is out of warranty so I know I can't get it repaired, but all it is a small plastic cap that when a little pressure is applied it clicks in place. This is something I can do, but I can't find the item anywhere. So I go to Razer Support, which tells me my product is out of warranty then takes me no further. All I wanted to do was ask where do I get the part from? Surely customer support is able to tell me that?

2nd, I noticed my profile has my old phone number. Not to worry, my emails are the same but I better update it. Where it promptly states enter the code sent to your phone... The old number I no longer have... No problem, I use other means. Please enter the back up codes... The code that I have 10/10 to generate. Shouldn't it have been made clear that those codes were needed during setting everything up? And wouldn't it be an idea to be able to select send my email like every other service that needs a log in offers? I mean, my profile doesn't even have flashy ARGB that I can program so, I can't turn around and give you credit for having the coolest profile settings page.

Now I do understand, that both of these are most likely easily solvable by clicking on a simple link, but I just can't see it. So, I ask, what am I doing wrong?

Edit: The issue seems to be dealt with by the Reddit Team. I actually didn't expect it to be resolved that way.
