When using Razer Synapse 3 with Huntsman mini causing input delay + keys not registering

Hey, I've had this keyboard for a couple weeks now. I installed Razer Synapse 3 straight away to sync the RGB with my mouse. And noticed when I was playing games my keyboard felt like it had input delay, it also didn't register keys or registered keys too many times. I originally thought it was a problem with the keyboard but I just thought I would try with Razer Synapse closed and it's been working well ever since. I've tried: -updating drivers -clean installing Razer Synapse -windows is all up to date I've also tried emailing support but they closed the case with no resolution unfortunately. I'm not sure what else I can do, and I'd like to be able to use the software for macros and RGB. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
