I simply want to talk to someone , ask a couple questions , take care of an issue and be done. However i have to wade  through the whole webpage to find warranty issues or this or that. I bought the product, i do not work here so i dont beleive i should be the one searching thru your webpage to figure out my problem, not like your product is cheap. Everything i own is razer almost, after this i dont think it will be.
