wireless solutions not working on my deathadder V2 Pro | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

hey! bought a new deathadder v2 pro and my laptop is a Dell Latitude 5430 (not a gaming laptop, using for work).

with the cable everything is fint. but when i pull out the cable and switch it either to BT more or 2.4 mode it just dies. it’s charged to 97%.

When in bt mode, if i press the 2 side buttons and the dpi button i get no blue flashes for pairing mode and my computer can’t find it.

downloaded the hyperspeed pairing program and with the dongle and mouse (with cable) both connected it says paired. when i pull out the cable from the mouse it loses/power connection and the “profile” light goes dark. no connection, not working.

any similar problems? all firmwares updated.

I’m a bit more lucky, wire and BT working fine (for now), but I have the same issue with 2.4 dongle

there was a solution with a firmware updater, but it can’t see the dongle, so this is a dead end

when I connect the dongle to my PC, the device manager updates a bunch as if it’s connected, but in fact no new devices appear, just 2 Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro HID devices with 02.01.2017 and 21.01.2021 drivers, which appeared from the first plug-in of the dongle

so when you put it in BT and press the three buttons the mouse start flashing blue and shows up?

if you have your mouse connected with cord and put it to 2.4 and then remove the cord, it "kills" the mouse?

dunno what the problem is. wireless usually works 100% fine with other mice. no pairing etc. the weird thing is that i connect both the mouse and dongle and run the program that says it's paired and fine. except it doesn't work.

when I put it in BT it goes straight to flashing blue, I don’t have to press three buttons

if by kills you mean it stops working then yeah xD

guess mine is f'd then 😑
