Wolverine tournament edition not working

I bought my wolverine tournament edition controller last august, and just this week on Monday or so, I went to turn on my Xbox and the controller wouldn't turn on, I plugged it in to all three usb ports on my Xbox one and still nothing, I tried using a different cable and plugging it into all three ports again and that still didn't work. I made sure my Xbox was up to date using my phone as the remote. Has anyone else had their controller just randomly stop working like that?

    Do you get the same result when connecting it to a computer? Is it possible to test your controller to a different Xbox to check if it's working fine? Please send me the serial number of your Wolverine Tournament Edition via PM. That way, I can look into possible solutions to the problem. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
