Wolverine ultimate cant hear audio through headset

New out of the box plugged it in and plugged in head set and only hear a high pitch wine and nothing else

    Have you tried connecting your headset to a mobile phone or computer and check if it yields the same issue? I'd like to take a closer look and help you out further.
