after i login to Razer Synapse it takes me right back to the login page

So today I bought a Razer product that needs the Razer Synapse Application. I didn’t have it so I installed it and ran it, and then it asked for me for my login, and I put it in then pressed login, and the screen went away like it was going to take me to the home page. but instead it took me right back to the login screen. I kept putting in my info but it kept doing the same thing. mind you I am on Mac and I did instal the Mac version of the software. I did update my Mac and strangely the login worked and I entered the home page. then it said the application needed to update, so I updated it. and it hasn't worked since. I'm very confused and I would appreciate any help.
