Hi,
i have a weird lighting problem since yesterday: the makro symbol on the top right display keeps flickering red and the numpad “+” key turns blue, when circling through certain colours during the spectrum effect. its the same when these colours are in “static mode”.
I suspect it is some kind of software / firmware error but i cant seem to fix it. I have tried the hard reset / demo mode, tried it on a different computer and tried to update the firmware but in that case it says the newest firmware is already installed.
It all started yesterday after I unfortunately got some kind of virus… I have already reinstalled windows as well as Razer Synapse since but nothing seems to fix the lighting problem.
Im wondering if there is some way to “reinstall” whatever soft/firmware might be saved on the keyboard?
Maybe some of you can help me out here. I would really appreciate it.
