Chroma connect not working with msi 2070 and nzxt at all

Hi i currently built a new pc. I heard of the chroma connect and tried to use as much nzxt products as possible (because they have the bes rgb lightning). I only did that because i thougt it would work with the beautiful razer synapse software(wich is my absolute favourite so). I downloaded connect installed it and found out that MSI Mystic lights doesnt work as well which isnt a big problem since i only have a graphics card that is supported by Mystic light. Also i searched for like 2 hours straight for a solution but there is no Information on any plattform but the uninformative blog from the Razer press. I know that NZXT isn't supported yet.
So my answers are:
- When will NZXT be supported? Because it was said that it will be suportet since july.
- How can I conect Mystic light, since there is no option to anable chroma connect in the software.
- And when will you make a good manual for the installation off third party products since the introduction in Synapse just isnt enough???

As for support, the program was first announced back in June at computex I do believe, and it was first slated for release in Q4 2018, but then it was pushed back into 2019

As for when NZXT and Mystic Light will be supported, it is hard to say exactly. The timetable was changed so the first set of third party products will be coming over in Q1 2019, but it could be later. I know Thermaltake products are supported already though.
How about Asus Aura?

Asus aura is not on the program at the moment, here is a current list of partners. There is a chance that they could join at a later date though, its all up to them for the most part.
I have a thermaltake Riing 360 that does not show up on chroma connect. All of the razer stuff I have works well and when I play certain games like Dead cells and COD and all have color profiles which is really cool too. The only thing I don't have that's razer is my MOBO, Ram and AIO cooler. Would really like to have all the colors look nice together like the audio visualizer from Razer.

You need to enable Razer Chroma Connect in the TT RGB Plus app, after that u can search for it on Razer Synapse 3. I have the Riing Trio and it works fine.

You have to activate it here in the settings.
Do you have to be logged into the TT software? That's the only thing I notice that's different
