I am using Razer blackshark v2 pro. No problem using wireless. But I want to use wired I plug in 3.5mm cable, it doesn't show up in Razer Synapse. In order for it to appear in the application, I need to connect via wifi and press the on/off button on the device and turn it on. I want to use wired. What do I need to do to make it appear as wired in the Synapse app?
How to use with the wired mode ,wireless headphones?
