Jan 2019 update broke my Nari ulitmate

I have to say, I love this headset. Such crisp sound and cool vibration effects. Helps me stomp fools in Fortskin /flex

However, the Synapse 3 software is shit. Today's (01-18-2019) update destroyed my headset. The silver mining add on in the update was flagged and quarantined by Bitdefender. Two things; 1) why are you using my PC resources to mine data? 2) If you are a consumer and think this is normal, move to France.

I have spent several hours with Razer inept-support only having the person tell me to download the exact same file 6 times. Uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall. My favorite part was when the IT person sent me to an unsecured 3rd party link to download the software.

Short story: I believe Bitdefender is preventing Synapse from running. Does anyone have any advice?

Running Windows 10 fully updated
Used CCleaner to uninstall, deleted all folders with anything Razer

there are thousands of users with the same problem for a long time and there is no solution, welcome to razer marketing. An advice not buy razer, not razer not problems, easy

I got the Nari Essential, after the update the nari doesnt play any sound anymore.
Instead of music or whatever im playing theres just a very annoying rustle.
How can i solve this?

First of all synapse 3 is only online based softwere so it will send your profiles and settings to razer to save them there and it download them when you install new synapse on clean windows or when you remove everything (razer softwere, files) so it's nothing strange with this :P

First cheack if the nari is select in windows as active device just click on little speaker in trey. Also try to reset profiles just create new one with default settings and cheack if this help.

Nari ultimate won't charge - ps4
My nari has stopped charging. Just has red light all day. Wil not now connect via Bluetooth to ps4.. Not happy after paying a heap for this headset

The big problem is the people not read these razer forum before to buy their poo products. People must read and check only is marketing and anything else. Nothing works properly in razer products nothing

Try to connect headset to notebook or desktop pc and cheack if they charge if they do this may be a voltage issue with ps4 if not open synapse and select headset if you can power them on and cheack the battery indicator there. If still you have the issue the best way will be sent to warranty or replace for new if you can.
