Hi
Latest release of Synapse 20231129 really messed up my Kraken V3 Pro. Before it worked without any problems. After this update it doesn’t show up in Synapse anymore if I don’t manual unplug & plug USB dongle.
I’ve did the following so far:
- Reinstalled Synapse 3 20231129
- Uninstalled Synapse 3 20231129, ran Razer Driver Clean up utility, Installed Synapse 3 20231129
- Reinstall of Windows 11 Pro, updated to latest patches & driver, Installed Synapse 3 20231129
Nothing helps. I have to manually unplug and plug USB dongle to get it recognized every time I boot computer.
Something is wrong with 20231129 release.
Razer please fix this!
