None of the razer downloads are working

I just got the Razer Blade 15 but I can’t even download any of the apps.

 

I’ve downloaded the Razer Installer and clicked download for Synapse 3 and Cortex, and try to open them (after clicking “Run” 

Then I open files to try to find the downloads, and they aren’t there

I’ve been in this loop for the past 3 days now and have tried every youtube video out there.

 

Please help.

We sincerly apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. To help us quickly locate the issue, could you provide us with the details below?

  1. Check on this directory to see if you successfully installed Razer Cortex and Razer Synpase: C:\Program Files (x86)\Raze
  2. Check if Razer Central is in your system tray? If yes, could you click on the Razer Ecbtral icon and take a screenshot of this?
  3. Provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via pm.
