Razer blade fans dying/slow support

My fans on my razer blade 15 (mid 2019?) Keep dying violently, I do smoke but I feel like that is not the issue. I wipe off the fan vents often as I have cats as well. Do you think it is my smoking that is the issue? The fan always makes a loud continous (banging?) sound like a screw is loose and just stops working then. I usually have it on max speed as the laptop gets hot when i play games. I sent it in and they got it on the 14th and I called them yesterday and they said it was done but they hadn't shipped it yet for whatever reason. Supposed to get an update today, but I was just wondering if you guys think they are getting slammed because of increased usage of devices because of covid?

No smoking won’t make your laptop fans going wrong but gaming on long period with fans maxed out maybe, due heat some laptops with bad fans unit, the glue would be melted and would have bad bearing resulting unusual sound. I rarely see this on Razer laptops, mostly due dusting or some unknown things stuck inside because of powerful intake fans, and keep in mind if you don’t know it yet because it’s pwm fans (most current laptop using this), on start and when stopped sometime it makes short rattling sound, some users thought it is defective but actually not.
Yes everything yet becoming slower regardless Razer support, for example here in Germany when I asked big electric store here when my iPad keyboard repair would be done, they told me that they even don’t have update from manufacturer where it’s being repaired like 2 months and oh yes they told me also they will contact me in a week but it didn’t come and ended up with asking directly to the store, maybe you should also asking them again about the progress.
