Razer Key Light Chroma Connection Failure

I have two Razer Key Light Chroma devices. Both are set side by side. Daily one will get intermittent disconnects that requires me to remove it from Synapse and then set it to pairing mode and then reconnect via Wi-Fi. This has happened from the first day. It turns on and runs fine as a panel light. Runs fine from the Android streaming app for that purpose as well but in both the desktop Synapse and the Android app, if using the chroma lighting, it disconnects causing all Razer devices to disconnect and then reconnect. When I re-enable again, it will work for about a day and then go to the same problem again.  My other Razer Key Light Chroma does not have this problem.  I have checked from the Android streaming app and both devices have the same latest firmware. Is this just a defective panel light or should I try something else before sending back?

I have a similar issue.  The Key Light Chroma turns on, and I can bind it to Synapse, but after a few minutes it gets to a state where it disconnects and reconnects on about a 60-90 second period.

I’ve followed all the troubleshooting advice, and no improvement.  Every time I reset the light to recover the connection, add it on Wi-Fi, and set it up in Synapse I have the same results.

The software states at this point that either the Key Light can’t be found, or that it’s being controlled by another device/software.  That’s super weird.  I get this behavior even when my phone & Razer Streaming app is turned off.  What else could be “controlling” the Key Light if not my sole PC and Synapse software?

I also have a similar issue - I have 2 lights that frequently can't be found by the app, sometimes mid use.  My two lights are linked within the app.

I have only had these lights for 1 month and seem to experience the following:

- lights turn on when requested and won't turn off when requested.  App shows unable to connect.  Only resolution is to unplug the lights.

- lights turn on when requested and start to flash red at a random time.  Can be one or 2 flashes per sequence.  App shows unable to connect.

- lights turn on when requested and turn off randomly when app fails/is open for a long time and my screen locks or I use another app on my phone at the same time.

- lights flash red when not in use and no connection attempt has been made.  Can be one of 2 flashes per sequence.  App shows unable to connect.

My desk is located 2m from my wifi router (max distance for lights is 5m) and my phone (running the streaming app) is within 2m of each light.
