Razer Synapse 2 refuses to work no matter what I try
Heya all, I used to play WoW 4-5 few years ago with a Razer Naga 2014. I remember the razer software was buggy back then, but it did work and I was able to fix all the keybindings that I needed. Today I decided to give the old mouse a go on a new asus laptop running with win 10 and razer synapse 2 just won't work. It installs, when I login it auto updates, says it's syncing with the cloud and then just stays as a tray icon. I can left click and close it, but cannot open it. I tried whatever methods I found online to fix it, but it just won't work. Disabling antivirus and firewall does nothing, multiple installs and uninstalls, blocking updates, giving admin permissions, none of that worked. Installing synapse 3 did work, but from what I understand it won't support my mouse, when I tried it didn't discover it. Tried creating a new account as well, still no solution. Any help will be welcome, cheers!

I spent hours installing and reinstalling and restarting everything possible, I guess the solution for now is to stay away from razer...
In most cases it's an OS problem.
Uninstall synapse, remove device from device manager in OS, cleanup your pc with CCleaner (also with registry!), reboot OS, install Synapse.

Re-install all your drivers in device manager.
Completely uninstall Synapse and Chroma SDK.
Delete the hidden App Data Folders as well.
Reinstall synapse again.
